Just about everything - okay everything - in your business can be place in one of 4 quadrants. And by quadrants, think buckets. Meaning every process you perform, every strategy or goal you set, every business development action you take, and more... can all be labeled and placed in one of 4 groups which I call the 4 Quads. In this episode I share what is in each quad and then walk you through a process to rate how you are doing in each area. Why? For one very important reason which I reveal on this episode.
